AIT is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a good understanding of branding and digital design, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual content.
You will work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to develop high-quality graphics for digital platforms, campaigns, social media, marketing materials, and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency across AIT’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Create campaign concepts and translate creative ideas into effective visual designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and UI/UX teams on creative projects.
- Prepare designs in appropriate formats for web, social media, and print production.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Create presentation decks, brochures, flyers, posters, certificates, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with Figma is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs for both digital and print platforms.
- Strong image editing and photo manipulation skills.
- Good understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic knowledge of responsive/digital design principles.
- Ability to prepare print-ready files and understand basic printing requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic illustration skills.
- Experience designing advertisements for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working with international brands or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong and updated design portfolio is required.
- Excellent visual communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
