CIT is looking for a creative, user-focused, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing intuitive digital experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating thoughtful user experiences, and translating ideas into clean, modern, and scalable interfaces while working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective UX solutions.
- Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces.
- Build and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.
- Create interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Review implemented designs and ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of UI design, typography, color, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.

- Good understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.

- Strong understanding of developer handoff and design specifications.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, web applications, or digital products.
- Experience with UX research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Knowledge of Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, and modern design patterns.
- Basic understanding of frontend development.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar project-management platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered design and research tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world UI/UX projects.
- Excellent visual and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and simplify them into intuitive experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
